After a long drive from Sydney, I was shocked to find the roll-out bed missing. When it finally arrived, I had to rearrange furniture myself, and the overall cleanliness was disappointing-like, who wants to see beach sand on the bedside tables?

I appreciated the telephone call I received from the hotel that I received 2 days before we were due to arrive in Melbourne and the question whether ineeded transport from the airport. This is the first time I have ever received this attention from a hotel. The artistic design of this hotel is most impressive and all facilities were of a very high standard.

Great staff, great location. The Chinese dumpling restaurant attched to the hotel has some of the best Chinese food I've ever had, and im a Chinese chef. I will definitely stay again. :)
Only down side is that it's a small hotel so doesn't have a sauna, pool or spa etc and there aren't many rooms with balconies.
